If you choose to sell your item(s) with us, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

We sell only authentic items. If an item is found to be counterfeit, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £150 before returning the item.

In accordance with our legal obligations, we are required to collect VAT at a rate of 20% on every sale. The asking price on the website will add 20% to the price agreed with the Seller. You will be paid based on the non-VAT price minus the Auriks fee, not the higher price shown on our website.

Auriks only accepts items in very good, excellent, or unworn condition. Very good condition is described as ‘Worn with light signs of wear’. Excellent condition is described as ‘Worn with no or minimal signs of wear’. Unworn condition is described as ‘Mint condition, without signs of wear’.

The Seller is responsible for shipping the item to Auriks. Auriks does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to items shipped to it by Sellers during transit. Auriks does not reimburse shipping costs.

Following a sale, the Seller will receive the balance in two working days. It is the Seller’s responsibility to provide Auriks with up-to-date payment details. Auriks should be notified about any changes via email at contact@auriks.com
