Auriks offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. Should you have any issues with your account or need any help in relation to it, then please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team. However, please note that we can only communicate with the named account holder in relation to any questions, changes or cancellation of an account.

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Auriks terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Auriks, whose applications are acceptable to Auriks and who have authorized Auriks to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Auriks may restrict the quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where Auriks feels necessary and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

To place an order, you must add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method to complete your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your Shopping Bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
AURIKS offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently, you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to Auriks. Auriks will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Auriks. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.
Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.
AURIKS will store a record of your transactions for one year, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Should the Buyer find that a Product does not comply with its description in the Product Page, the Buyer must contact Auriks by e-mail within four (4) days following the date on which they received the Product.

The Buyer must explain in what way and to what extent the Product does not correspond to the Product Page and must provide photographs enabling their assertions to be substantiated.
Should the claim of non-compliance of the Product with the Product Page appear justified at first sight based on the explanations of the Buyer and the photographs, Auriks shall authorise the Buyer to send the Product back.
Upon receipt of the Product, Auriks shall inspect it to determine whether it is truly non-compliant with the Product Page. If the non-compliance is confirmed, Auriks shall refund the Buyer. The refund shall take place by crediting the bank card or the Buyer’s PayPal account used to make the initial payment (as the case may be).
All Products returned by Buyers due to non-compliance with the Product Page must be returned with the sealed form (label) initially affixed by Auriks on the Product upon dispatching it.
Should the Buyer receive a counterfeit Product or a Product whose sale is prohibited, they may return the Product to Auriks and secure a refund, save in case of fraud on their part.
Prices shown on the Site are in Pound Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Pound Sterling price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Customers purchasing from a country outside of the United Kingdom will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are not included in the final purchase price. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in United Kingdom, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
On the confirmation page of your order, we will provide you with an order summary of each product, the price (including all applicable fees and taxes), and the cost of shipping.
Your order is an irrevocable offer to buy the products. Before proceeding to purchase, please check the order details and correct any possible errors.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Auriks will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. English is the language used for finalising the contract. Neither our third-party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Auriks.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time when the transaction or service does not comply with our business policy, or in the event where there are reports or suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity. In these events, we will not be liable for refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, we will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site. We reserve the right not to accept orders received from users who are acting for commercial and professional purposes.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our Site are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover a patent error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price, provided that the error was recognizable, and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is patently priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
Auriks sells both unworn and pre-owned luxury watches.
An unworn watch is defined as a watch that come with original boxes, brand warranties, and with all seals intact.
Our pre-owned watches are all second hand/used/ vintage in varying conditions ranked from excellent to incomplete. All are checked by our in-house specialists Watchmakers and come with a 24-month warranty (unless otherwise stated). Our Auriks warranty is not transferable. We will rectify any defects arising from any service provided by us provided you report such defects to us as soon as reasonably possible. In respect of a partial repair service, within 12 months of the date of purchase; or in respect of a full service, within 24 months of the date of purchase. We reserve the right to invalidate the warranty if repairs are performed by persons not authorised by us to take such action. Provision of the warranty will be free of charge. We will decide in our absolute discretion whether provision of the warranty will be in the form of a repair or the replacement of a part of the watch. Evidence of purchase must be provided and any replaced parts pass into our ownership. Limit of warranty. The provision of services under warranty neither extends the terms of the warrant nor sets in motion a new warranty period. The provisions of this warranty do not extend to defects caused by general wear and tear, accident, negligence or lack of care; or component parts that are expected to require periodic replacement.
Auriks sells both unworn and pre-owned luxury jewellery.
A piece of unworn jewellery is defined as jewellery that come with its original boxes and intact. Unless otherwise stated, no warranty applies to jewellery.
If you decide you would like to return your item, we offer a 14-day returns period from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund or exchange.
All returns must be consulted with Auriks beforehand and include a returns reference which should be included with the item prior to being sent back. Items must be returned in their original “as sold” condition. Items which are sold with a Auriks returns tag, must be returned with the tag still attached to the item. If the tag is removed from the item or if the tag is damaged, the item cannot be returned under this return policy. As part of our returns procedure, all items have to be inspected by our in-house experts (e.g. watchmakers for watches) to verify and confirm the original “as sold” condition of such item. Any deviation from the original condition which results in a value decrease of the item (e.g. scratch or missing box), will be deducted pari passu from the amount due to the client. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered or personalised. Auriks will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse.
Your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost, upon the safe receipt of the items, and following inspection at the earliest possible opportunity and confirmation sent to you via email, but please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items dispatched by us will be QC’d and sent fully insured.
Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.

To return a product, please inform us of your intention to return by emailing us at contact@auriks.com we will send you a return reference. Once your package arrives at Auriks, it will pass through quality control and a representative will be in contact regarding your refund. Auriks draws the Buyer’s attention to the fact that it must take particular care of the Products. Auriks shall be entitled to reject a return of Products that are damaged.
The Products should be returned to Auriks. Auriks disclaims any liability in case of loss or damage of a Product while in transit.
Any Products that are returned due to a delay in delivery that gave rise to the cancellation of the initial Transaction, must be returned by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt.
If the Buyer is purchasing an Item based in whole or in part on its stated provenance, designer or creator, the Buyer may at its option and at its own cost arrange with Auriks to have Buyer’s selected expert review the Item prior to purchase. Selection of the expert is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Any arrangements for inspection shall be made between the Buyer and Auriks. Buyer expressly acknowledges that the Buyer’s use and/or reliance on any expert is at the Buyer’s own risk and cost.
