Auriks gives you two options to sell your items through us:

1. Direct sale.

We will purchase your item directly from you at a price we mutually agree upon based on the item’s market value. Condition, age, original boxes, paperwork, and whether the item is personalized determine the market value. Fill out the form below and we will contact you within four working days with a quote. Once you have accepted the quote and we have received the item, we will examine it. It may take up to two working days for this examination to be completed. Once we have determined that the item meets the description, we will pay you within 24 hours.

Within seven days, you will be able to convert your designer items into cash!

2. You can sell your items on consignment.

As part of our commitment to provide the best value to clients, we only deal in super-brand designer jewellery and watches that are in Very Good Condition or better, and that are preferably accompanied by their original certificates and/or receipts. At 12% + VAT of the sale price, we offer the most competitive commission on the market. Commissions on other resell platforms can reach 20%+, as shown in the following table:

Our 12%+VAT price includes cleaning of the item, photography, video, and advertising on our website, social media channels, and through our partners.

All of our fees are transparent and there are no hidden costs, such as “operational costs” or “marketing costs”. There is just a 12% fee plus VAT.

To sell with us:

1. Simply fill out the online form or send us photos and information about your item at contact@auriks.com. Please provide us with the following information: the brand, model, age, condition, alterations made to the item, what amount you expect to achieve, and whether you are looking to sell directly to us or on consignment;

2. A quote will be provided within a maximum of four working days for your submitted item;

3. When we agree on a selling price, you pack your item safely and ship it to us using a reputable and tracked parcel service. If you wish, we can suggest a courier;

4. Upon receiving the item, we authenticate it, evaluate its condition and determine whether it meets the description provided;

5. In the event the item does not match the description provided by you, we will inform you and we will rediscuss the price, or we will return it at our expense within three working days;

6. In the event that the item turns out to be counterfeit, we charge a £150 + VAT authenticity fee and we submit a report to FACT http://www.fact-uk.org.uk/consumer-advice/report-it/.

7. We will store your item in a secure and insured location during the sale process once it reaches our premises;

8. As soon as the item is sold through us on consignment, we transfer the proceeds to you within 48 hours of receipt, minus VAT and our fees.

9. Please note that the selling price on consignment is the price listed on the website minus 20% VAT;

10. To sell items, you must own them. Items sold on behalf of third parties are not accepted.
